1) Who provides the service

These terms govern your use of the Platform (Passenger and Driver apps, the Telegram Mini App, and related services).

2) Definitions

  • Platform: all applications and services enabling matching, booking, chat, and activity management.
  • Passenger: a user who searches for and books a trip.
  • Driver: a user who publishes trips and accepts bookings.
  • Trip: a listing published by a driver (cities, date/time, seats, price).
  • Booking: a passenger’s request/confirmation of seats on a trip.

3) Service description

The Platform provides, in particular:

  • Trip search (by cities and dates)
  • Seat booking (with seat choices and, depending on features, pick-up/drop-off information)
  • Messaging (chat) between passenger and driver, as well as a support chat
  • Notifications (in-app and/or push) related to service events
  • For drivers: trip publishing and management, booking management, and wallet/commission features (depending on configuration)

The Platform is an intermediation service: it facilitates matching and coordination, without replacing the legal and contractual obligations of the parties (passenger and driver).

4) Access conditions

You must:

  • Have legal capacity to accept these terms.
  • Use a valid phone number.
  • Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws.

5) Account creation and authentication

5.1 Passengers

  • Authentication is performed using a temporary verification code sent by SMS.
  • The Platform may use secure sessions to keep you signed in. These sessions may be renewed or revoked for security reasons.
  • You may link your account to a third-party identity provider (if offered in the app) to improve security and convenience.

5.2 Drivers

Depending on the flow, access may use:

  • Authentication via a temporary verification code, and/or
  • Password authentication (if offered in the app).

Access to certain features may depend on an account verification/approval status.

6) Profiles and accuracy

  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • For drivers, registration may include document submission and verification.

7) Bookings and trip performance

7.1 Creating a booking

When a passenger books:

  • They select a trip and specify the number of seats.
  • The system may request a destination and, depending on screens, pick-up/drop-off information (address and coordinates).
  • The Platform applies mechanisms intended to avoid booking conflicts (for example, if seats are no longer available at confirmation).

7.2 Communication

Parties may communicate through the Platform’s chat. You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of content you send.

8) Cancellations

8.1 Passenger cancellation

The Platform provides a mechanism to cancel a confirmed booking. Depending on booking status, cancellation may be refused.

Note: depending on available features, some cancellations may be limited (for example, it may not be possible to cancel only part of the seats).

8.2 Driver cancellation

The driver may cancel a trip. In that case, related bookings may be impacted.

9) Payments, wallet, commissions

  • The Platform may offer multiple payment methods (e.g., cash, or third-party payment providers depending on availability).
  • The Platform does not necessarily collect card numbers: when third-party payments are used, the transaction is processed by the relevant provider.
  • A wallet/transactions module may display history (including payments).

The wallet is not a bank account or a regulated payment service, unless stated otherwise.

Commission rules and possible withholdings may apply on the driver side (depending on current configuration).

Bonuses and promotional benefits

Bigoora bonuses, promotional credits, referral rewards, and benefits are promotional advantages usable only inside the Bigoora application on eligible Intercity Taxi services.

They are not real money, are not withdrawable, are not transferable, are not refundable, and cannot be converted into cash or bank payouts.

Bonuses are automatically applied by Bigoora on eligible Economy, Standard, and Comfort bookings. They may be distributed across multiple bookings according to Bigoora promotional rules.

The total bonus amounts displayed inside the application represent a virtual promotional balance designed for the platform's promotional and loyalty experience.

Bigoora may modify, suspend, limit, expire, or cancel promotional bonuses in cases of abuse, fraud, suspicious activity, technical error, or violation of the Terms of Service.

10) Conduct rules and prohibitions

You must not:

  • Send spam, harass, threaten, defraud, or attempt to bypass security mechanisms or usage limits.
  • Use the Platform for illegal content.
  • Attempt to access other users’ data without authorization.

The Platform may apply protective measures (blocking, limiting, suspension) and keep information related to security and abuse prevention.

11) Suspension, blocking, termination

  • The Platform may suspend or block an account in case of violation of these terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or for security reasons.
  • For drivers, some features may be limited (for example publishing new trips) in case of non-compliance or for security reasons.

12) Account deletion

  • When an account is deleted, access to the service is disabled.
  • The self-service deletion flow (deletion button in the apps) may depend on the app version. Otherwise, deletion can be requested via support.

Some data may be retained when necessary (e.g., legal obligations, transactions, security and fraud prevention).

13) Intellectual property

  • The Platform’s apps, brands, interfaces, and content are protected.
  • You keep your rights on the content you create, but you grant the Platform a license necessary to host and provide the service (e.g., displaying a message to the other party).

14) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • The Platform provides an intermediation service and does not guarantee continuous availability.
  • The Platform is not responsible for user actions or the physical performance of the trip.

This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights where applicable.

15) Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy (separate document).

16) Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will be changed.

17) Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by applicable law in Uzbekistan, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
