150 intercity drivers, and why that number decides the map

Bigoora has 150 active intercity drivers today. That is not a showcase figure: it is what decides which routes we open.

On a ride platform, supply has to arrive before demand. A passenger who opens the app and sees no departure does not come back — and has no reason to. So we recruit a route’s drivers before announcing it, never after.

Every driver is verified before being allowed to publish: identity document, licence, vehicle papers. That check, not a logo, is what separates a seat booked on Bigoora from a seat haggled over in a car park.

Drivers set their own price, within a band defined for each route. The passenger sees that price before booking, never after: no last-minute surcharge, no negotiation on arrival.

150 drivers across four routes is the density that lets you find a departure the same day. Spreading the same 150 drivers over ten routes would amount to opening none.
